46 mln. Lt “UniCredit Bank” loan – for a modern “Garsų pasaulis” project

September 29th 2008, Vilnius. AS "UniCredit Bank" Lithuania Branch will grant a 46 mln. Lt loan for Private Limited Company's "Garsų pasaulis" project. The project is focused on creating personal electronic documents' and innovative IT systems' complex product.

 

"Garsų pasaulis" plans to purchase two offset printing machines, intaglio printing machine, biometric document accounting and management systems and also - biometric data personalization system.

Technologies will ensure a higher level of Lithuania produced document security, greater protection against forgery. The implementation of this project will also significantly increase our company's competitiveness in foreign markets. We are glad that our long-time partner AS "UniCredit Bank" will finance this important and useful project "- says Ltd. "Garsų Pasaulis" General manager Vytautas Mieliauskas.

 

According to him, due to the implemented technologies company products will gain greater added value, competitiveness. Significant increase in exports is also expected.

The implementation of the project will allow the company to present to the market modern personal electronic documents: passport forms, personal identity cards and other documents confirming identity.
