Changes in General Business Conditions, Payment Service Conditions and Prices list

AS "UniCredit Bank" Lithuania Branch informs you that in order to bring the compliance of the payment services provided by the Bank closer to the Directive 2007/64/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on payment services in the internal market, following AS "UniCredit Bank" Lithuania Branch documents (further in the text - Documents) have been amended and approved:

1. General Business Conditions;
2. Payment Service Conditions;
3. Prices list.

You may get acquainted with the Documents as of October 23, 2009 at the Bank's homepage www.unicreditbank.lt and at the Bank's Customer Service Team Offices. Unless we receive your written objection until 30 October, 2009 at the latest, the above mentioned Documents will apply to our relationship starting from November 1, 2009.
