Cash Management and E-banking Manager

Currently we are seeking for a new team member in Transaction Banking Department for temporary position.

Main tasks:

• Perform e-Banking helpdesk activities;
• Support and advise customers and colleagues in scope of Cash Management and e-Banking services and solutions;
• Participate in implementation of Cash Management and e-Banking solutions;
• Prepare product descriptions, manuals, procedures and other product documentation;
• Participate in testing and implementation of new Cash Management and e-Banking solutions and functionalities.

Required qualifications:

• University degree or studies in Finance, Economics or Banking;
• At least 1-2 years experience in banking, preferably - within product development or servicing corporate customers;
• Strong identification with getting tasks completed in a qualitative manner;
• Ability to keep information confidential;
• Advanced language skills: Lithuanian, Russian and English;
• Good team spirit;
• Good communication and organisation skills;
• Commitment to work;
• Good PC knowledge.
