Currently we are seeking for a new team member in Transaction Banking Department for temporary position.
Main tasks:
- Perform e-Banking helpdesk activities;
- Support and advise customers and colleagues in scope of Cash Management and e-Banking services and solutions;
- Participate in implementation of Cash Management and e-Banking solutions;
- Prepare product descriptions, manuals, procedures and other product documentation;
- Participate in testing and implementation of new Cash Management and e-Banking solutions and functionalities.
Required qualifications:
- University degree or studies in Finance, Economics or Banking;
- At least 1-2 years experience in banking, preferably - within product development or servicing corporate customers;
- Strong identification with getting tasks completed in a qualitative manner;
- Ability to keep information confidential;
- Advanced language skills: Lithuanian, Russian and English;
- Good team spirit;
- Good communication and organisation skills;
- Commitment to work;
- Good PC knowledge.
