Integrity Charter

The Integrity Charter maps out common values which we share - values that embody the identity of the UniCredit Group. These values serve us as guidelines in our relations with customers, business partners, investors, local communities and, last but not least, colleagues.

The UniCredit Integrity Charter sets out the principles that should direct and guide us in our daily business. It allows us to define a framework of values to draw on at critical junctures in our work. These values guide our behaviour in order to coherently meet our vision with the customer relationship. The Integrity Charter guides the behaviour of all employees of UniCredit Group regardless of their position.
